Find the GenAI workflows that actually matter for HR

18 structured HR workflows, built for teams applying GenAI to real HR work across hiring, performance, comp, and learning.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2026 · 2-5PM UAE / 10AM-1PM UTC · $600

WHAT THE MASTER CLASS IS

Understand what GenAI can do for HR, see it work, and try it yourself

A live overview of where GenAI fits across HR work today: which workflows it speeds up, which it changes outright, and where it still has limits. We organize that space as 18 HR Playbooks: each one a GenAI workflow for a specific HR task. Built for HR practitioners across hiring, performance, comp, learning, and talent development who want to understand the space before committing to any one Playbook.

  • See it work. Live, end-to-end Playbook demos.
  • Try it yourself. Pick one Playbook and run it hands-on against curated sample data.
  • Take it home. A Playbook Priority Map: your ranked view of which Playbooks are highest impact and most feasible for your specific HR work.

Ziad Soufan
Ziad Soufan

Founder, AGASI

Ziad founded AGASI to turn GenAI from experimentation into repeatable capability for non-technical teams. He designed the methodology and the 18 HR Playbooks that this Master Class is based on. Previously a decade in strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG).

Each Playbook turns a real HR task into a repeatable process: the right prompts, verification steps, data handling rules, and guardrails, so teams can use GenAI safely and consistently.

Séverine Boulard

Strategic HR & AI Advisor & Faculty

Séverine helps organizations translate GenAI into day-to-day HR practice. She brings international HR leadership experience across banking, FinTech, and multinational environments, and is an experienced facilitator delivering executive learning programs across Europe and beyond.

I see many organizations struggle to move beyond GenAI experimentation. The Playbooks give HR teams a shared understanding of how, when, and where to apply GenAI responsibly.

Monika Cernikova

Independent Fellow & Faculty

Monika focuses on what actually happens when enterprise teams try to adopt GenAI. She led the global HR integration for BCG’s digital and AI business (BCG X) and spent a decade in strategy consulting and organizational transformation across Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.

The Labs let people experience GenAI hands-on — not as a demo, but as real work. Once they see what’s actually possible, the conversation shifts from skepticism to adoption.
